The special son! Mourinho celebrates Chelsea's late winner by jumping into the home fans to find his boy

Jose Mourinho celebrated Chelsea's dramatic late win over Manchester City in true special one style by leaping into the Blues fans behind the dugout to find his son.

As the Fernando Torres winner went in, Mourinho jumped from his dugout and into the adoring arms of the Chelsea fans behind him, but he was actually looking to embrace his 14-year-old son, Jose Mario, Jr.

The Chelsea boss has already apologised for any disrespect he caused to City for the celebration, but revealed he wanted to enjoy the moment with his son as he has been unable to get Jose Mario a season ticket at Stamford Bridge.

'Chelsea is guilty because I want to buy a season ticket for my son and they give a season ticket for my son behind the opponents' dugout,' said Mourinho afterwards. 'They have to give my kid tickets behind my dugout.
I promise that I went for him. But this is the drama of the last minute. 'Last year I beat Man City in the last minute in Madrid, I slid on my knees, I destroyed my trousers.
'This is the emotion of the game. If they believe that my son is there, great. If they don't believe, I apologise if they feel that I did something wrong.'

A late Matija Nastasic mistake gifted Fernando Torres with the chance to seal a Chelsea victory and the rejuvenated Spaniard made no mistake by smashing the ball home to make the score 2-1.

Chelsea took the lead in the first-half after good work by Torres set-up an easy finish for Andre Schurrle to grab his first goal in a Chelsea shirt.

Chelsea had looked in control until a stunning second-half strike from Sergio Aguero leveled the match.

Mourinho didn't seem keen to settle for a draw as he brought on Willian and Samuel Eto'o towards the end of the match as the home side started to squeeze city.

The game looked as though it would end all-square, but Nastasic misjudged a header that looped over Joe Hart and into the path of Torres to slot home.
