KENYA:Ward Rep says President Uhuru, William Ruto Rift Valley trip failed

KENYA: A member of the Kericho County Assembly has supported Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter’s remarks that the recent visit by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto to North and South Rift did not achieve anything.

Tebesonik Ward Rep Frankolin Rono said the Jubilee leaders failed to adequately address the concerns of residents, who have been grumbling that the URP wing of the coalition has been given a raw deal. “It is unfair for Jubilee leaders to attempt to silence leaders who are raising serious issues.
