Bobby Williamson

According to reports from Tanzania, Simba officials are already in Kenya seeking to open talks with the Scottish tactician, who joined K’Ogalo in June

Bobby Williamson might be headed to the Tanzanian Vodacom Premier League if reports from Tanzania are anything to go by.

According to Mwanaspoti, a leading Tanzania sports newspaper and website, Williamson is being sought after by multiple Tanzanian champions SImba SC. The Newspaper reports that Simba’s leadership is already in town seeking to open talks with the Scottish tactician.

Williamson joined Gor in June on a one year contract after Zdravko Logarusic left and his contract is set to expire on the first week of June. With the financial muscle SImba has they might as well buy out his contract from Gor Mahia as they seek to have him in the team from January when their second leg starts.

Mwanaspoti reports that the Simba leadership has not been pleased with the team’s performance this year especially now that they sit 4th on the table. Current coach Abdallah Kibaden is said to have lost control of the discipline of his players while at the same time, their level of play has drastically gone down.

Maofisa wa ngazi ya juu wa Simba wameanza mazungumzo na kocha Bobby Williamson wa Gor Mahia ya Kenya ili achukue mikoba ya Abdalla Kibadeni," reads the Tanzanian newspaper.
Kibaden replaced French man Patrick Liewig after the latter failed to knit in results, Simba losing their Tanzanian title to rivals Yanga SC. SCROLL DOWN TO LEAVE A COMMENT
